Bulls Eye® 1-2-3 Deep Tint offers effective resistance to the formation of mould and mildew on the underside and surface of the primer film, prolonging the life of your paint job.

A great stain blocker, permanently and completely sealing stains, Bulls Eye® 1-2-3 Deep Tint is rust inhibitive - great for new metal and has a fast 1 hour dry time; it can be tinted toward the colour of your topcoat (with up to 60ml of colourant per 5 L) to eliminate the need for more than one coat of paint - saving both time and money.

Unlike other water-based primers, it dries to a smooth, tight film and resists flash rusting. Bulls Eye® 1-2-3 Deep Tint inhibits long-term rust from developing under the primer film when dry, making it ideal for priming interior and exterior metalwork.

Bulls Eye® 1-2-3 Deep Tint works brilliantly in high-humidity areas like bathrooms and laundry rooms. Formulated with high performance proprietary resins, it is the go to primer for binding chalky surfaces like aluminium or previously painted siding or possibly high pH surfaces (up to 12.5).

With superior sealing qualities and great hold out, Bulls Eye® 1-2-3 Deep Tint is also an outstanding base coat for any decorative painting or faux finish.
